Returns & Exchanges

The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags must remain attached.

The hygienic liner must remain attached and intact.

Items must be free of deodorant, makeup, sunscreen, lotions, oils, stains, odors, or other signs of wear.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept swimwear that has been worn or returned without its hygienic liner intact.

FLAT. reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet these requirements.

Once your return has been approved, your item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend retaining your return tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Need a different size?

If the requested size is available, we're happy to help with an exchange.

Because FLAT. produces in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will be available when an exchange is requested.

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pre-order items may be canceled for a full refund before the item ships.

Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard return policy applies: eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos when applicable.

FLAT. will cover return or replacement shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
