In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, pre-orders, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. Any extended processing or estimated ship dates will be noted on the applicable product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

FLAT. is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Items marked Pre-Order are not ready to ship immediately.

The estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page before purchase. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock merchandise, the order may ship together once all items are available.

Estimated pre-order dates are provided in good faith but may change due to production or shipping delays. If there is a significant change to the estimated ship date, we will contact you using the email address associated with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
